Questa è una ricetta molto semplice di una torta leggera, soffice e molto buona.</div>

Per prima cosa pulite la zucca: privatela dei suoi semi, tagliatela a fetta, togliete la buccia e riducetela a cubetti.</div>

Tritate la cipolla e fatela rosolare in un tegame con un filo d'olio.</div>

A questo punto aggiungete la zucca a cubetti. Mescolatela per qualche minuto e quando inizierà ad ammorbidirsi, aggiungete il riso. Mescolate bene e lasciate cuocere per circa 10 minuti stando attenti che il riso non si attacchi.</div>

Versate l'impasto in uno stampo da plumcake imburrato e infarinato. </div>

Intanto preparate lo sciroppo. Fate scaldare in un pentolino il succo e la scorza grattuggiata di un limone con l'acqua e lo zucchero. Fate bollire e poi lasciate raffreddare.</div>

Quando il plumcake sarà pronto, lasciatelo intiepidire e bucatelo più volte con uno stecchino lungo, versateci sopra tutto lo sciroppo e fatelo raffreddare nello stampo.</div>

Mettete a bollire l'acqua della pasta.</div>

Intanto tagliate la cipolla finemente e fatela soffriggere con dell'olio in padella.</div>

Aggiungete il tonno e fatelo scaldare per qualche minuto.</div>

Tenete mescolato per qualche minuto, spegnete il fuoco e aggiungete il prezzemolo.<br />

Scolate la pasta tenendo un pò di acqua di cottura.</div>

Mescolate la pasta con il sugo e a piacere aggiungete un pò di parmigiano grattuggiato (per me è buonissima anche senza!).</div>

In alternativa alla panna potete usare la Philadelphia, ricordate di aggiungere un pò di acqua di cottura alla fine.<br />
